Sorry for that!
Give them a call and explain things to them as most of their customer care agent hardly reason with things when you communicate with them via e-mail.
It will be restored moreover you can't close your bank details while it is still in limited mode.

Hope that helps! !!

Kindly note that what we mean by "as low as N160 per $ is that the least amount we can collect from you to fund your PayPal is N160.
We can charge you more depending on some factors like the amount you need, the time you need it,availability of fund and so on as we intentionally put in flexibility in our funding price to make funding easier and affordable for everyone.

Note that most other people funding PayPal do not allow flexibility but we do! !!

If you had linked your First bank card to PayPal via First bank's PayPal wallet feature, you wouldn't have been in this situation. Anyway, try calling PayPal to see if you can resolve the situation.

See you!
My own PayPal I opened via their PayPal wallet on their internet banking platform even got limited with me doing any transaction with it yet.

First Bank has failed with their so-called t venture with PayPal they are claiming.

They just used that to sell their Token device without any difference of using even their card to open directly on PayPal website sad sad

Anyways, their token has been useful though for transferring huge fund that the likes of their FirstMonie cannot do
