as far your primary shipping address is chinox office. that's where he will send it. forget about your PayPal billing address. but if you wish to your PayPal and modify your billing address to chinosxl office.

except may be you performing your transaction outside eBay that is when he will forward it to paypal billing address of yours. but as far your primary shipping address remain u.s. then that's your location for all items shipped

when you change your ebay's primary address, it automatically becomes paypal's confirmed add. So no worries go ahead and buy from the seller.

I changed nothing in mine just the ebay's add to chinosxl' s and it shows as confirmed address in paypal.

It has been mentioned time n time again, that shipping is not 1+1=2, it requires a lot of patience, I just laugh when I see pple here agitating for an item that was shipped in less than 7days, so pple like us that ve waited and still waiting for items for more than3months+ with other shippers nko?

Don't allow anyone mislead u here. As far u had link ur card successfully, that is ur payal fund. Nigeria paypal don't accept fund into ur paypal , paypal debit ur naira Nigeria direct. No seller know where ur fund is coming from, only paypal knew.
Link ur naira to ur paypal thru ur card, that is all

Paypal confirmed address, is the address on the checkout page before clicking on confirm order to complete payment. The address paypal received payment with, is the paypal confirmed address.
