Bluffly:
If 1000 shops have been able to pay it, then the entire market are culprits. On calling out NAFDAC they should return thebminey and close down the market completely.

You reason as someone with no operating system in his brain cells.
Amumaigwe: 7:05am On May 26
Socratiz:
This is interesting.

So, none of these traders know how they can escalate this alleged "levy" by NAFDAC, they had to hire VDM.

Is VDM a lawyer?

Don't they know how to a lawyer to write petition against NAFDAC?

VDM should have posted one of the payment receipts of one of the traders for us to believe that this allegation is true.

Something is fishy

The only thing fishy here is your poor reasoning.

Since you dont know anything about abroad, let me educate you..

Investigation can take months and years abroad and you will never have access to the crime scene. It was not one shop indicted here, lots of shops so what we have is a MEGA crime scene. As part of investigation, people confess and report or take pleas..instead some of our people lied and denied and NAFDAC said people did not even come to claim the shops. Everyone acted dump including plumbing section storing drugs.

You are MAD at the wrong people. It is like blaming the COPS for killing an armed robber because it was just things...but if there was no robbery, there wont be any shooting. Before you come online and make a fool of yourself calling people names...think and ask yourself, wil this make me look stupid? Blame those that peddled crimes and sales of fake drugs and everyone complicit in killing fellow Nigerians. NAFDAC is not your problem, and neither am I. Blame your FAKE DRUG criminals.

So if crime happens in a particular local government area, the whole area becomes a crime scene and every inhabitant will be forcefully evacuated for endless investigations to be conducted? Where in that your 'abroad' has this kind of madness ever happend? I don't really know how some parents succeeded in raising human beings with neither sence nor comion.

Some people will go to any length to discredit NAFDAC. , they almost destroyed a former DG from their own region. Just echo their views, and suddenly you're a messiah, they’ll worship you as long as you what they like and attack what they hate. Principles don’t matter, only alignment.

Nigerians are averagely wicked to fellow Nigerians. This is not foreign people wickeding on us ooo, na our fellow country men. Very bad and evil
Kusu12: 7:39am On May 26
These people will go to any length to tarnish the image of NAFDAC. It’s no surprise, they nearly kpai the former NAFDAC boss, even though she was from their own region.

I cant bend so low to mingle words with u,
but let me make u to sound sensible. As u had early said dat investigation take months, nafdac suppose to make investigation dat will take months to know exact shops dat sell fake drugs, also to know where d fake drugs is been stored. After successfully investigation dey will go back and reinforce their self come back to d market to make some arrest of d people selling d fake drugs, they will also lock their shops, d agency will also park d fake drugs to der office for destruction. But Look at wat u are saying dat people denied their shop, and some people ran away from their shop which mean dat nafdac did not do enough investigation into ds matter. Not everyone is into crime, u said alot of shop are into fake drugs and i quote u wrong, not everyone in d market are into fake drugs , people dat are into d fake drugs are d minority. This job is very simple, make full investigation in d market, arrest people dat are into fake drugs, lock their shops. But nafdac is making d job to look tedious.

When Obi said it Doesn't make sense locking all the shops because of 1 or 2 people caught selling fake drugs some miscreants called for his head. Imagine locking over 5000 shops because of someone caught selling fake drugs and asking them to pay 700k each for re-opening, that's over 3.5billion naira. Are they encouraging people to sell fake drugs, then when caught you can pay 700k and everyone goes home happily. Imagine Nafdac locking their comments on Instagram 😂😂 the oga pablo wey be drug kingpin na no1 man.

And where is Soludo in all these? Political leaders in SE no send their people at all.

And it takes VDM to unravel this when we have leaders.

Why can't the market leadership take Nafdac to court?

One thing is certain, everyone behaves and treats others as they like in this country.

May nature rise up and fight for those being oppressed.

It's getting too much.

You just said COURT? 🙄 🙄 you meant court under tilumbu and Wike 😂

It's true na,,,

I have family and friends there.

It was originally 500k but became 700k after Easter.

AustineE1:
If this is true, don't worry VDM,we have the network to escalate it beyond Nigeria...I pray is not true because at the end, they will vomit every kobo they must have taken from these hard working Nigerians.

He made a good point

NAFDAC never ever arrest people for selling fake drugs, instead they met out collective punishment which makes more people sell fake since they would be punished regardless.

EFCC remains the most effective agency in this country.

which EFCC?

EFCC? Are you even in this country? Is that why Yahaya Bello and his cronies are free today?

At least Yahaya Bello was scared of them to the point he hid for months.

🎤 Explain

According to PDP and LP

Majority of defections are because of fear of EFCC, if that is not a sign of effectiveness i don't know what is.

The market leaders are most likely deeply involved in fake drugs maybe even the main culprits.
