So you that know so much about refineries your common sense tells u that after spending whopping 1.5 billion dollars to turnaround,u shut it down for another turnaround in 6 months,Dangote built a new refinery for almost a year now we haven't Heard it was shut down for turnaround maintenance.
I don't blame u ,u are a paid online agent by those in government so I expect u to think and reason like those employs and pay u
Good governance isn't for the dullards,this is Nigeria,I don't expect anything less

But Tinubu's Government lied that the refinary is operating optimally

. That's baba for you. He doesn't make noise, always speaking in parable. Tinubu, the noise maker and self-acclaimed democrat came and he couldn't do anything differently. At times, when an opposition or a political activist is always attacking those at the helms, it's better to give him a chance to do just one term and see if governance is all about noise making.
