You're totally wrong, before the 40s there's no country called Palestine. What existed was the OTTOMAN EMPIRE which was defeated by the British and was COLONISED BY the same British people. They gave it Palestine which Arabs rejected. What existed during the creation of Israel's state was Jordan and Egypt. If Jordan and Egypt would want Gaza and Judea and Samaria then that's another case. Palestine started existing in December 1969 when Arafat saw and realised the fact that Israel has come to stay. There's never a PALESTINE state as intended by the UN before 1960s. As a matter of fact, the intended Arab state by the UN was Jordan and Israel. Even the founders of Palestine fought for a state of Transjordan that covers the entire Israel, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon territory. It's Israel (left-wing politicians) that voluntarily gave Arab a part of Judea and Samaria and Gaza after winning all in the independent war. The UN partition didn't make or cause Israel to exist, they fought all the Arab nations to exist on their land and then they began sharing some of their lands for peace.
