Minus zero. We've not had light for almost a month

For my Area in Kubwa ABUJA it is 9/10. The only time light is interrupted is when it rains heavily

It's not at all static, as it sometimes oscillates from a strongly mediocre "5" to a terrible "3". Never above average. The last time it was good was during the pandemic and it lasted until the end of 2021. If you had asked the question then, I'd have given it a 7 or even an 8.
