They conceived this plan over 25 years ago when it became obvious that global warming and climate change were inevitable. As much as 64 indigenous communities in Plateau state had their populations sacked and those communities renamed by the Fulani. The Fulani and their cattle have moved in. They've been there for over 5 years now. So this is already happening before our very eyes.
