I appreciate his honesty

He took responsibility for the error!

The JAMB Registrar and his team are human after all!

But it showed one thing:
Prof Oloyede read for and ed his exams without help from the outside!

Prof should be commended for this as this is NOT the normal Nigerian leaders reaction to events like this!

I respect him for taking responsibility. It's painful when people's inefficiency affects one's reputation negatively

Some of his staff might have been accomplice to what happened

It's good he came out openly to take responsibility. I hope it's not fake tears because no one can really trust these fellows.

How I wish Mahmoud Yakubu of INEC would ahead his own tears even if it's crocodile tears, he needs to cry.

Prof. Ishaq Oloyede is one of the most upright Public Servants whose Intergrity has not been in doubt since his days at UniIlorin.

Why the tears when it's a technical glitch ? Everybody knows that errors can be human what's the crying all about.

Are these tears for the fear of been relieved of the position or genuine concern for the consequence it has meted on some students. I don't buy the tears though, dude doesn't want to leave the office not just yet. He's been there for a while, let another take centre stage.

This incidence of bad centres and incorrect answer types/examination types often happens.

The JAMB registrar is an honourable man for itting the errors.

I am sure many studious students who were wrongly failed would be delighted and feel vindicated.

He is crying because of the pain he caused Nigerians. Nigeria would be better if this man were given a higher office.

For the tribal warriors, I am a Christian and Middle-Belter.

In 2016, President Muhammadu Buhari appointed him as the Registrar of the t ission and Matriculation Board (JAMB),[23][24][25] an appointment, personally described "divine"[26] by him, that was greeted by applauds from several quarters of the Nigerian society.[27][28][29] Since assumption of office, Oloyede has been praised[30][31] for transforming JAMB into a reference point in effective public service delivery,[32] transparency and ability[33][34][35][36] in Nigeria

So where the hell did you get that information from... can't you Google

In a saner clime this man should first resign and submit himself for investigation. Before an examination results are released, the exam board and thier committee must have approved that it should be released to the public. You can not come now and be claiming you are sorry. If not for the lawyer that threatens to sue JAMB that is how they will cover it . Who knows for how many years this has been going on. God will help our children
