But If seller declared the item as laptop, then your chance of escaping charges is slim: Customs fit open am to check what's inside. By that, den go know the true worth of the Lapi.

Recommendation: next time use third party shippers. FedEx and UPS shipping almost always comes with a crazy import duty.

In the meantime, sellers and notify them of the development. They should offer to re-send those items to you. But If they're proving stubborn, dispute would be the next option, to be ed by the unboxing video(s).

There's nothing you can do about it. You have to wait for them to re-route the parcel to your address (location). However, pray they don't send the parcel back to China. Those guys are notorious when it comes to that.
