I Started drinking Lots of Water , First thing in the Morning .

The Pains Subsided Seriously .

Finances have being My Challenges , Business have Really Not Been Moving well.

Just About 2 Weeks ago the Pains Returned .

You might be real and genuine but you may also be misinformed. Matron and laboratory scientist are not in the best place to make a diagnosis.

You dont need to sell ur land in order to do m.p, fbc and urine m/c/s.

Moreover the best tests to do to confirm kidney failure is a kidney function test or electrolyte, urea and creatinine(e/u/cr)...and you still don't need to sell your land.
Till you do that e/u/cr, no doctor will believe your kidneys have issues.

It Rained a Bit , I already confirmed and verified , He has the Land truly , I'm not a Doctor though but The Man is Indeed Terribly Sick . I'm Expecting Funds from my cooperative Contribution, I intend to Get at least a Plot .i wish to do this As soon As Possible.
