hmm, Former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello is currently facing two significant legal cases initiated by Nigeria’s Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), involving alleged misappropriation and laundering of public funds totaling over ₦190 billion. On December 10, 2024, Justice Anenih denied Bello’s bail application, citing its premature filing intended to preempt the court. Consequently, Bello was ordered to be remanded in Kuje Correctional Centre pending the fulfillment of stringent bail conditions, including the submission of title documents for a Maitama property and his port . Bello was granted bail on December 13, 2024, by the Federal High Court in Abuja. Justice Emeka Nwite approved bail set at ₦500 million, with conditions including the surrender of his port and provision of sureties who must own property within Abuja. i guess you are expecting the efcc chairman to personally carry out jungle justice by sentencing Bello or what?
