I am here to announce that I just came on Nairaland today and saw that there is a block button. I have proceeded to block. Basil idiot let me look for the other two idiots and block them. Even if it's only temporary I will keep exercising my new found powers.

God bless Nairaland. grin grin

Where is this block button?

Oh golly, I found the block button! It completely blocks so you see no posts by blocked person unless quoted by others.

Unfortunately, I tested it on AmazonTopaz, as I planned to ask if she's informed I blocked her. And now she's blocked so I can't read any posts by AmazonTopaz unless quoted by others. And its currently permanent as there is no option yet to unblock AmazonTopaz.

Seun! Temporary blocks please so I can unblock AmazonTopaz!

40 percent of cargo ships leaving China to the USA left with empty containers. Empty shelves coming to Americans in covid 19 style. So stock up now if you can. But pls don’t panic buy things you don’t need.

Just buy things that can last at room temperature for a long time. Rice and beans (this is complete fiber, carbs and protein). Canned foods. Healthy shelf stable beverages. Don’t do that Covid style of hoarding with hopes of price hiking and reselling to your fellow poor Americans.

Just buy stuff to last about a couple months if possible. Put seeds in the ground now if you have a backyard or space for containers. I could do some gardening tips if anyone is interested. I have green thumbs. Before I left California I grew everything. Radishes, carrots, turnips, tomatoes, peppers, okra, all kinds of herbs
I loved gardening and if anyone has questions I can answer them in a different thread.

But don’t let your family go hungry because of the tariffs. Love y’all 😘😘😘

I know how to grow most things you’d need in your kitchen.

Green peas, okra, strawberries, spinach, green beans, peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, lettuce etc.

I have a chicken farm in my land the idiot screams poverty 😂

you are still on nairaland doing "I too know"

you ed with this your moniker as your other ones were banned in February 26, 2022, and you have spent 1 year and 1 month already. Contrast that with ibime, who has been on nairaland since October 28, 2007 and has spent just 1 year and 7 months

Try to go outside and touch the grass.

IjeBos slander shall not be tolerated. Find another angle pls.

I love chicken farming. I’m looking into as well. Well done 👍🏾

As for tomatoes mini or makeshift green house and grow lights are your friends. Tomatoes are very sensitive to temperature until they’re sturdy enough for transplanting. When transplanted have everything set to timed auto watering. As soon as they make it past the sensitive stage, you’ll have tomatoes for months. The more you harvest the more they come back.

Same with okra and green peas. As soon as you harvest, in couple days you’ll start seeing new buds from where you just harvested. So it’s worth the trouble. Happy planting! 🙂

I put out a bird feeder and the birds share it with the squirrels. If you are able to plant sunflowers (away from your regular crops because they repel the growth of other vegetables) you can distract the scavengers from your precious plants. The sunflower seeds make the animals happy.

I also put out mushy strawberries in the perimeters of my garden. Low hanging fruit so the lil thieves stay away 🤣

Happy little chickens. Are they both for eggs and meat?

Yep plantains and bananas take care of them. Just have space for them to spread because they’ll keep spreading. And perfect in tropical areas

Yeah, they are. Each generation ends after Christmas and New Year. I have them mostly for eggs. So I tend not to consume the chickens much throughout the year.

By the end of the year, few are left and a new generation grows. That way I still get my daily eggs

The type of delusion that thinks many African country are not 3rd world or anyone who tells it is Oyinbo

Go and see how many people are struggling to get away from their home country and japa to any available destination to cure your delusion

You may want to start with the etymology of the word and go from there.
Nigeria is a developing country with many challenges.

And there are people who have left very successful careers in the US to move back to Nigeria. I have such friends.

As I said, you have drank the kool-aid and seem to disdain where you are from.
