There are a lot of "unbranded" rice,unlike Big Bull,Stallion etc that are sold cheaper,in suburban area or villages/hinterlands....and they are actually destoned and polished but done semi manually..

I bought rice in Igedeland in Benue jusr last week..coming from a local mill for 53k...and it's good .

The reduction is not even as a result of APC policies.
It was because India has surplus harvest do removed embargo on rice exportation, they further remove export tariff from Rice. So, it's now so cheap.
APC is still confused as ever. It's only defection into APC that concern them now.

It was very very hard for me raising only #600k to by fairly used Toyota Camry during Jonathan time. How much was my salary annually by the 18k calculation? I bought it 38k for my wedding in 2022,and I am sure is more than than later before Tinubu come to power

Rice was 21k for long grain in 2021 and 30k before Tinubu came into power . He scattered everything with his Naira devaluation,subsidy removal ,high cost of fuel and electricity with high level of insecurity. A bag of rice which I bought today is 80k for long grain and 70k for short grain .
