Please, I was wondering if the share transfer form still exist for new share purchases. Has this process been replaced with the new e-dividend mandate by Nibbs? Otherwise, how do I for dividend payment without visiting the registrar's office? I'm trying to process that of First Registrars but their website says I have to the form, fill it, get approval from my bank, then submit at their office. Thank you.

You will have to fill form for some of the registrars that doesn't have online mandate portal yet.

However, with NIBSS/SEX window now, you may not need to fill any form for some of the registrars, once they have your details already in their system thru registration with your broker or filling of KYC doc.

Alternatively, fill your the form on NIBSS
