The power sector holds the keys to Nigerian industrial and economic development. Unfortunately, successive governments have not been able to make it work. Tinubu Should save Nigeria by putting Wike in Charge of the power sector. It Appears that Wike knows how to get the job done, there's no argument about that. 82 Likes 8 Shares |

That his aggressive attitude makes contractors, civil servants, security agencies, citizens etc to avoid clashing with him. That's the only kind of person that can bring Nigeria out of this mess of epileptic power supply, national grid collapse, estimated billing, dilapidated transmission system etc.

Power has been privatized since 2013 except for transmission. Since then power ministers have nothing much to do.. 15 Likes 2 Shares |

Eteka1: The problem of power is not by gragra. It's a function of lack of innovative strategy and investment in the industry. Tinubu cannot tell states to start generating power and go to sleep. There must a strong legislation that compels them to devote a significant fraction of their budget to power generation, transmission and distribution. The federal ministry of power must work with state commissioners of power to see to it that states are steadily making efforts to take charge of their own power dynamics. I always say that running a country is no rocket science. We just have the worst of us running this country. Nigeria doesn't have a long way to go; Nigeria hasn't even started at all. 25 Likes 8 Shares |

Been to many third world countries with 24hours power supply and the bills are in tune with minimum wage. And believe me i am not talking about Paris or London where the president goes to enjoy uninterrupted AC. All we have to do is copy their blueprint and replicate it here, tweak it till we get it right. The istration of Bola Tinubu has not prioritized power supply. If they did Nigerians would have seen results. Weeks after Bola Tinubu wa sworn in, he wanted a new Private Jet, less than 2 weeks after, the money manifested, the new Jet was bought and paid for and the old one put on sale.......That was an intentional act. But issues like power supply, education of the girl child, a lot of out of school Nigerian children, maternal mortality, insecurities. Those are not addressed, When Nigerians voice their frustration, either his handlers gaslight us (its not that bad.) or we get the popular Buhari trope (All that was caused by the Buhari regime) 23 Likes 3 Shares |

The only way forward for Nigerians concerning power supply is alternative means. I can’t pinpoint what is lacking. I have long given up trying to understand the problem. If everybody buy solar, every man go dey alright, last last.

It won’t change anything.. I don’t think there can be 24hours constant light in Nigeria unless Nigeria go back to regionalism.. Nigerians making money off, as light no dey constant self, no go want make Nigeria dey get steady light… People like: Generator sellers Filling station owners People into higher purchase petroleum trucks Oil cabals.. Etc 59 Likes 3 Shares |

Eteka1: Honestly if we solve power problem in Nigeria, over 80% of our economic problem is solved. Just give Nigerians 24/7 light and you will see wonders in the economy. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Wike is eager to prove that he is equal to any task given to him and I agree he would be able to make a positive impact if given the ministry to oversee. Also, based on hearsay, that Atiku is the main cabal behind the progress of the power sector, it'll be interesting to see them extend their fight to where it'll actually benefit the common man 7 Likes 1 Share |

Wike is working only in one state out of 36. All other ministers are working in 36 states. Don't be fooled, he is not getting anything done! Where are the schools? Where are the health centers? How many jobs has he created in FCT? What is the minimum wage in FCT? Despite working in one one state, some other silent ministers have performed better. Like Tunji Ojo, Festus Keyamo, Dave Umahi. By the time he is expected to show results in 36 states, you will know that handling only FCT is easier.. Even in Rivers he is so overrated because he likes to make carnivals while commissioning flyovers... Over priced flyovers for that matter! No health care, No education, No human capital development, Civil servants did not have even 1 naira increment in salaries throughout the 8 years. Wike sabi fool una sha. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Because of the hatred ants have for cockroaches, ants voted for insecticide. Now, both cockroaches and ants are dying every day, along with houseflies who didn't vote at all. Everybody go collect wotowoto 😀😀😀😀😀
