So, does it make him special? Or is it not human beings doing it? Or because he's in Obi's picture, he should be treated differently?

Sad.

This boy's story is just one out of multitudes. Only God knows how many innocents we have incarcerated behind bars in our prisons.

We can't trust the police nor the judiciary.

Nigeria is becoming too scary.

From our leaders to the common man on the street, we all are responsible for today's situation. I won't the crowd to throw blames to Aso Rock....alone.

Let's all look inwards and decide to be better versions of ourselves. The little bad things we do in our lives (work place, etc) cumulate to the overall Nigerian picture. Going to work late, falsifying data, inflating figures, littering, food handlers doing unspeakable things to increase their yields (eg, the recent fufu episode), civil servants not moving files swiftly, ghost workers, corps not showing up at work, teachers and students involved in exam malpractices, religious leaders exploiting their congregations, road s driving recklessly, corrupt police officers, corrupt government employments, corrupt and thieving politicians, voters willing to sell their votes for peanuts, religious affiliations, or cultural/tribal reasons, leaders not prioritizing the right things...allowing insecurity to thrive because of the associated gains, vandalizing public gadgets (eg transformers, etc), open defecation, etc.... WE ARE ALL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NIGERIA WE HAVE TODAY!!!

Today, it's this young boy. Tomorrow it may be you, me, or our relatives....and we may not be as lucky as this lad.

Just to add: Please, as much as possible, when going out, go with your ID cards. And, be able. Let your people know your location per time. Just mind your business and do your thing, avoid late-night activities.

You lack empathy. It's better to not say anything than show your hidden face.
