I was addressing the commissioner for information who has obviously informed us that the security of their state is not of concern to them and it is only for the Federal government to handle, a blatant dereliction of duty. He could not express a single measure the state government is trying to put in place to disrupt the activities of these terrorists while his people are being slaughtered in numbers by these invaders.
