I won't really say that. My thoughts are the organizers themselves really want to see an el classico final. There has never been one while several other finals have witnessed teams from the same countries battling it out. That is why the draws are designed so that both Barca and Madrid don't meet anytime until the final or semi final stage. As regards your perspective, respective teams winning their games would squash that theory. If Bayern and Dortmund had won their games, they would be playing against each other in the semifinals.
