You're not a scammer but you refused to reply to your mails since last week Tuesday. The fellow send emails everyday up until today. You refused to reply. He provided you service and you agreed on a price then after receiving it, you left without making payment. I will not deray this thread further but I've got evidence to show. This is not a show of payslip, Go to your email: **** and do the right thing if you're not a scammer.

First you denied not having anything to do with calling you out for the fellow. I will only screenshot the highlight of the email.

In the first picture you agreed on price with him 7:19am
He went to provide you with service 7:27am same day (Conversation was still ongoing) with a disclaimer that the material should not be shared around.

The fellow run a tuition center that provides lectures and resources for all external exams. He stated clearly it was not about the money (material was not sold to you) but the time, Internet data required to source, compressed and have the large material ed to a safe drive link for you. And for your safety, he offered to have it sent to you first before making payment. Then you received and abscond.

You shouldn't have stopped halfway with your picture evidence . The email continue after you said "10k pls".

They're several people on this thread offering one or two paid services. Don't think the fellow is wrong by helping you. A paid Udemy academy resources was provided for you for free. On top of that, a link to a group that will aid your studies was also included in the mail.

We will not derail this thread further. We know you get all of that. People that do stuff like you do now always have ways to justify their action. Anyone can delete mails from their end to suit their argument. But then, you're unwise to know that it's end-to-end encrypted.

I would let it , but seeing your post earlier here asking for help with your WES payment, I'm only concerned should a kind member here decided to help and fall again. I have seen in the past on this thread where kind people help each other with payments as such and other things.

I have a Professional Diploma in Education and presently doing PGDE. I officially started classroom teaching in January this year.
My question is...which of my certificates do I evaluate?
Do I evaluate my BSC in ing a d add the Diploma and PGDE as additional certificates? Or I evaluate just the Diploma and PGDE? Having in mind that it's the teachers route I intend to take.

Learning not to rush in taking sides in a dispute between two strangers is an important quality we must train ourselves to have. You even called him "stupid". This is exactly how jungle justice starts in real world. You can mediate without taking sides. Chief Justice of the Court of Public Opinion, I greet you Sir/Ma.
From the initial exchanges, it is very easy to conclude the Victor is at fault. But when you look at some emails sent (especially from where the Victor claims he didn't receive), it appears as if the Anyebe was sending to self. It could be an unintentional error. But the burden of proof lies on the acc. Anyebe should have gone further to open one of such emails showing that Victor's email was included while he copied himself. And this should show the date and time of sending that email.

This is not to absolve Victor (who appeared to be deliberately silent since Anyebe has been trying to reach out) of any wrongdoing. But to be able to crucify him appropriately, Anyebe ought to prove "beyond any reasonable doubts" that the emails were actually sent at the time he claimed they were sent with undeniable proofs (like opening one of such mails showing the recepient).

In summary, while it is easy to take sides from what you see here, you could end up being very wrong with your hasty judgement. Also, Victor/Anyebe, I'm sure you both have learnt your lessons from this experience, retract some of your earlier posts if possible. Most importantly, it will be nice to discontinue the derailing of this thread. God bless you.

Pls carefully go through page 1 of this thread.

To get max points you need to evaluate 2 degrees since you don't have a MSc., professional degree or PHD. For 2 degree points, one degree must be at least 3 years long.

* evaluate the BSc.
* evaluate the Diploma.
* write IELTS.
* immediately the pool once above 3 are done.
* complete your PGDE and evaluate it - this may not be required but is what I would do in case of incasity!

For Express Entry you don't need to have a degree in the job you are claiming points for but with CBD it seems prudent to evaluate anything that relates to the profession, especially if you're using 6 months experience only.

You'll be eligible by June ending - 6 months.
