What’s my own with premier league, I no get that time jor. Super eagles is my criteria and that’s where I align with baba kogi 45 views. If you’re indeed that excellent as a player it will reflect in both club and international career unfortunately Kanu falls short in that. Even Mikel is way ahead.

But na premier league be my argument nah and not super eagles nah

I know when to bash a player o ,and I won’t do that to jay jay when it comes to the eagles

Seems you don't know the definition of the word Legacy.
There was never a time when Kanu or Mikel were the hearts and main men of their respective clubs in the EPL but Okocha was and till today he is still mentioned and regarded as the best African ever to play in the EPL. Winning tittles as part of a team is different from having a legacy. Mikel all through his years at Chelsea was a fringe player who won tittles using players like Drogba, Lampard and Terry. Same with Kanu for Arsenal who was rated at Arsenal below players like Henry, benkamp, Lurgberg, Pires, Viera, Campbell, A. Cole, etc. Kanu was not even the best in his position when he was at Arsenal, same with Mikel at Chelsea

I have made this point before about being the impact player even at club level where Kanu sef still falls short. Osihmen and Lookman are such kind of impact players at club level and ranks even higher than many super eagles players of the past in that regard.

Plesse, do you still think Galatasaray will win the league? It is getting tough now... they are playing away next week against a tough opponent, if they should loss and Fenebache wins, Fenebache goes top..
Galatasaray will win the league. They had a dip in form a while back even while they were winning games, na Osimhen dey cover their flaws all these while, all their attacking players are misfiring, Baris, Yunus, Mertens... They are gradually coming back sha. Their remaining opponents now are lesser threats compared to Trabzonspor, Besiktas and Fenerbahçe. So I'm 80% sure they'll win the league. They shouldn't just lose focus.

With 30 goals and 34 assists in the Premier League, Alex Iwobi officially becomes the first Nigerian to record 30+ goals and 30+ assists in Premier League history! 🔥🇳🇬

IWOBINHO! Simply special! 💫

The turf in Uyo
Is it not good enough ?
They should ask the players based on their experience
Maybe we should use another pitch against Rwanda ?
How come they tend to play better away sometimes ?

It was a left-footed volley, released after he controlled the ball with his chest. Last and the best goal of the tournament. Coincidentally, Okocha also scored the first goal of the tournament against Morocco

The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has launched a new strategy to prevent talented young footballers of Moroccan origin from choosing to represent Morocco's national teams instead of Spain.

An informed source told Hesport that the RFEF is concerned about losing promising players to Morocco and has asked all Spanish clubs to provide detailed reports on players with non-Spanish backgrounds, especially skilled Moroccans.

The source described a state of "alert" within the Spanish federation regarding what it sees as a "migration of talent" towards Morocco.

As an example, the source mentioned that Real Madrid ed the RFEF in March after Morocco's football federation expressed interest in calling up Tiago Pitarche, a young talent in Real Madrid's youth system. Following this, the RFEF quickly called Pitarche up to Spain's U-18 squad.

The new Spanish strategy reportedly aims to call up promising dual-nationality players to Spanish youth teams, in coordination with clubs, to show interest in them, even if they may not feature prominently in future plans. This comes after several players chose Morocco despite pressure to represent Spain.

Okocha only played in the EPL for 4 years, it's a bit unfair to compare him with Iwobi in his 10th season already in the EPL. It's like comparing Nwakali's legacy in La Liga with Chrisantus Uche
what does this even mean 😂, Nwakali and Laliga legacy on top half season that he played or what? and Uche hasn’t even finished one season, both of them shouldn’t even have legacy anywhere near their names

Okocha at Bolton was not a useless dribbler, but an effective one. You need to watch his games then. Sam Allardyce really refined Okocha's game.

Firstly Premier league legacy was the point of this argument .

Kanu and mikel played for big clubs on their prime ,okocha was only the main man at Bolton and fenerbache that’s all ,put him on that arsenal team that has Henry Bergkamp and co he won’t even be the 5th main man ,let me not even go to the Chelsea team mikel played for

If they arrange the best African Epl XI he will never be found on the starting 11 ,so please spare me all these crap .

Mikel is now a fringe player because you want to defend okocha 😁

Of course it’s not by numbers ,especially for a midfielder like jay jay okocha

Premier league player of the month ? Nothing that special there please ,odemwingie have won that about 3/4 times during his west brom days ,maybe you should have mentioned his Bolton player of the season award.

You still can’t define okocha premier league legacy with all those hype he has been receiving all over the years
If u were thinking Okocha left no significant legacy in PL,then u should not have brought up Iwobi's legacy and his name in the first place.
That was why Charles wondered whether u knew the meaning of legacy.
But if their legacies must be weighed, Okocha's influence and impact in PL were more significant.

U ask of Okocha's legacies in PL but u are yet to state those of Iwobi and Ayegbeni's u believed were better so they can be judged.

Someone just posted Iwobi's 30 goals and 30 assist, that milestone in his premier league club career can be recognized as part of his legacies,so are those Okocha's incredible dribbling abilities u were so quick to discredit.

What were u expecting Okocha to do with Bolton, win them premier league ahead of Man U,Arsenal and Chelsea?

Yes,Okocha's legacies in premier league were:
His exceptional skills.
Incredible dribbling skills.
His ing abilities and vision.
His mastering of beating defenders creating goal scoring opportunities.
His creativity and skills were always impactful contrary to what u believed.
Not only did he helped Bolton beat relegation but he played a significant role in helping them established themselves in premier league during his time at the club.
BBC African footballer of the year.

Okocha's influence in PL extend beyond his playing career cementing his legacy above the likes of Ayegbeni, Iwobi and co bar Kanu.

Bring ur own for Ayegbeni and Iwobi let's compare

Kanu scored at the fa cup finals with his goals helping Pompey to win the fa cup ,Pompey is a small club just as Bolton but kanu helped them to win the fa cup ,why can’t your okocha do that for Bolton

Didn’t your okocha took part at the Carling cup finals and lost grin

Kanu didn’t hide under any umbrella of performance to win any trophy for Pompey

Why are you running to the super eagles ,my arguement was never about their eagles performance ,but if you go low we go lower .

Where is your okocha apoty award ? Kanu won it twice

Where is your okocha motm in any cup finals grin

If u talk some will use the clubs they play now in top leagues to rate them ahead of this great team, someone like Andrew will even call them frauds.
Yet just one midfielder will hold our midfield so tight against any opposition, but now both Ndidi and Iwobi will be struggling allowing team like Zimbabwe overrun them.
