Look at this stupid people that have killed several Southerners are giving automatons. Are we happy that they were killed? No. But don't threaten us. Also the Northern leaders are bold to speak about their people which I like on like our leaders and politicians, because of money politics they would be silent.

My happiness and joy is that no section of Nigeria has the exclusive monopoly of violence.

This country is not balance. In as much as I am against the jungle justice of those unidentified hunter's. All the people the Fulani herdsmen have killed in the South, who did the Southern Elders gave an Ultimatum to compensate their families. This is rubbish. Nobody is more Nigeria than the other. 2 Likes |

I didn't read, but as a Nigerian, I know ultimatum doesn't work and Edo isn't a coward state.

NEF should go to hell and perish there. May thunder fire all of you silly scoundrels. Fulanis have murdered thousands of people down south and none of you ever condemned them or demanded compensation for them. I blame the so called southern leaders for this nonsense. 2 Likes |

Things are hot now and how I wish the Government can tell all News media outlets to stop reporting the News and should put all Security Operatives on alert, lastly the Northern Elites should calm the tension. The Edo state Government on its part should Issue out a statement and if possible pay a Visit to the Government of Kano state. If this issue is not properly handled, there may not be Nigeria again. The Supposed hunters won't have been killed if the Government n and security operatives have been fair in their duties; 1.Deal decisively with the issue of Kidnappings 2.Ban open Grazing but the state government of the Northern states should be about to build ranches 3.Deal will whomsoever carry guns without License 4.Make Lynching a Crime 5.The Court should be fair and fast in dispensing Judgement 6.The Northern Elites needs to Enlighten their People, that the way of Life of the South is different from what is obtainable in the North 7.Lastly Pray |

The truth is, decisive action is necessary to prevent anarchy. The prevalence of herdsmen killings, with no ability, is a clear failure of governance. While it's easy to shout and even this barbaric act here, we all know that if the situation escalates, all of you will retreat to the safety of your homes. The fact that Uromi indigenes felt compelled to take the law into their own hands underscores the alarming lack of trust in our security agencies. It's imperative that these agencies step up to tackle insecurity effectively. Jungle justice is not the solution; it only perpetuates a cycle of violence. We need a concerted effort from our leaders to address these issues and restore faith in our institutions. My 2cents shaa. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

What will now happen if the Edo state govt did not compensate within 14 days? Did the northern govts compensate the families of the past christian victims of blasphemy killings and the police officer whose family was wiped out in Yobe recently? Talking balderdash!

P1PrinceKT:Nobody is ever ready! Because it doesn't make sense to give up power for uncertainty. But should the circumstance force it, the result will be loud and the so-called leaders won't be able to do anything. Just check country's history, almost all divisions are triggered by spontaneous political instability, it is rarely planned or as a result of people being ready. So, the NEF better shut up and crawl back into their hole for their own good. 1 Like |
