Nigerian gospel singer, Panam Percy Paul, came public with a revelation that many people are calling a big lie.

In an interview, the singer stated that he was given a huge amount of money for him to just reduce the number of times he calls ‘Jesus’ in his songs.

The gospel singer stated that in 1995, someone offered him a whooping N7 billion to just reduce the number of times he calls Jesus in his songs.

He said he was handed £24 million pounds for a three year contract, but the condition made him to reject the offer.

Funny people.....

He should mention who offered him the 7billion...

People will seek to trend with lies....

This is why I like my region... A core northerner will not hesitate to mention names....

This is a Genuie child of GOD who has Genuie relationship , Knowledge and insight of The LORD JESUS CHRIST and HIS Word.

They wanted him to sell his souls for Vanities and things that have No Eternal Value just like many are doing today.

No matter the Millions, billion or Trillions of US Dollars offered to you to sell your Soul,
Never Ever give in to it.
Nothing on Earth is worth trading your Soul in Eternity for.

A second in the Lake of Fire will wipe off all the years of Flexing, Dinning and Whining in Sin and Evil.

I won't say it's a lie, because that will mean I am Omniscient which I am not.
I will only say.

IT IS DIFFICULT TO BELIEVE.

It's a huge lie. 7Billion in 1995 is like 700Billion today. The singer should be arrested immediately for telling useless lies!

This man song got many Muslims to convert then in the north and if not for the fact that his dad was a Col. then in the Nigeria Army , the Muslim would have killed him with his melodious Hausa gospel songs...THATS VERY HUGE AMOUNT THEN....

I understand you sir.
I also share the same thoughts. It is just very difficult for me as a believer to refute publicly something I do not have the full exclusive knowledge of.

Thanks.

These clowns lie outrageously because they know that a lot of Christians are sheeps and can't think for themselves. Take for example, that Righteousness clown up there.
That's how pastor Chris claimed that over 7 billion people watched his live streamed service across the world and his gullible defended him.
Please remind me of the world's population again.

Talk true, even you, do you believe what you just typed?

We have many gospel musicians in the North and the "Muslims" haven't killed them yet, so stop capping.

I would have agreed with you there...but the thing is at one point in the early 1990's, Panam was singing the theme tunes for some 'secular' soap operas on NTA...soaps like Supple blues and Change (yes the fact I can recall that means that I am in my nineties...lol).

Even some of his popular christian music songs have some secular influences (eg I've made up my mind has some influences from South African popular music by way of Paul Simon's graceland album...listen to You can call me al, and then if you have heard some of PPP's numbers from the early 90'\s they sound very fammiliar).

So, won't be surprised if he wasn;t having secular labels chasing after him.

And it's not the first time...many secular singers 'started in the church' (the USA Is particulary 'notorious' for that.)

Yet they couldn't mention who is sponsoring them, the northern Boko Haram caught.

Even the singer is said to be a Northerner.

This how they always fool small minds with "north are honest"

24million pounds wasn’t too much compared to the. Nigerian exchange rate in the 90s and Panam Percy Paul was the biggest gospel artiste in Nigeria at a time
