Good day, house. My wife is a ed nurse in Nigeria with both basic and post basic qualifications. For the past one year, she’s been applying for jobs in the UK but it’s been futile, only recently she got an offer with a Trust but was withdrawn eventually because she hasn’t completed her NMC professional registration - that is, ed OSCE. Now, we thought of getting a visitor’s visa for her to go write the exam, but the idea of 6 months validity for visitors visa is putting me off. We now thought of her getting into a top-up degree program instead. My question are… . Which schools are cheap and flexible for a top-up nursing program? . Does the visa type allow for dépendants? . Which country between the UK and Ireland should we focus on for this program? . Can I read from nurses who have ed through this route before? |

TheWorldLeader: Who is the sponsor? and what's your relationship with them? Unless it's a parent-child relationship, the sponsoring cannot fly (Uncle, Aunty, GrandPa, GrandMa, Cousin etc) Now, to answer your question, provided it's a parent-child relationship, then YES, it will work. |
TheWorldLeader: 7:11pm On Mar 27 |
SoledLotto: Sponsor is my sister and I intend to use her Nigerian and Uk bank .. That won’t work? |

Hello everyone. I just found out that UK has ended partnership for biometric appointments with TLS and VFS now handles UK student visa appointments Nigeria. Now My question is, does VFS allow walk in appointments days before someone's scheduled appointment just like TLS used to do? For those who have applied recently via VFS, how was the experience? How's the approval time. My sibling is preparing to apply next week. Thank you all. |
