Having a great or multiple source of income is so crucial! For example, with a good source of income, you can apply for a mortgage and secure a homeownership with ease. You don't have to worry about Landlord Palava.

Check out this helpful post on how to secure a mortgage in Nigeria today:https://www.thinkmint.ng/buyrealestate/understanding-mortgage-options-for-nigerian-homebuyers/

It's most likely an annual rent, and I'm sure he earns well above the minimum wage.
So it's not enough of an excuse to engage in shady policing.

Nuisance, that doesn't stops you from firing tear gas and canisters when harmless people are protesting for our collective good.

It's not easy tbh.. combining house rent with feeding (depending on family size) and school fees in this present economy. Nigerians are super humans.
BTW, in which part of Nigeria is rent still 200k?.. to get a fairly nice apartment now in most big cities, you'll hold like 1 million upwards

Annual rent ke?..
That 200k is what some people pay per month to stay in small serviced apartments.
It's not even possible because single rooms for students and corpers cost between 500k - 750k depending on location.
