The Supreme Court has nullified the judgement sacking a former Senator of Imo East Senatorial District, Nnaemeka Samuel Anyanwu as National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The Apex Court held that the plaintiff (now 1st Defendant) had no jurisdiction to file the suit as the suit was within the internal affairs of a Political Party.

"Jurisdiction is very important, hence the trial Court and the Court below were wrong to rule on the merits of a matter, they had no jurisdiction in the first place."

The Court further set aside the judgement of the Court of Appeal in Enugu

The PDP has been embroiled in a fierce battle on the National Secretary position between Anyanwu and a former National Youth leader, SKE Ude-Okoye.

How dare you blame the supreme court for this? The supreme court will only give judgement base on what's presented before them.

Dem go still blame PBAT and Wike for this one too.
People wen never know the cause of their problem are very far from the solution.
If you think blaming others will take the problem away...

I’m beginning to think Wicked Wike is the heir apparent to Tinubu. I don’t see anyone in the Tinubu camp capable of filling his shoes and the way Wike is dishing out political knock out blows and uppercuts left right and center!

I’m not talking about presidency, I am talking about the political God father……or Lord of the political terrain for those who don’t like to hear Godfather!

I’m not sure it’s a good thing f that happens though!

Lol. Honestly Obidense don’t have sense. For a people with such documented history of ing losers, if they had any sense, they should have known that ing whoever they hate means the person is doomed. So, why not use that curse following you guys to those you hate, to guarantee automatic victory for your real candidates. I mean for goodness sake, you guys ed 2 out of the 3 front runners (one as option A, the other as option B) during the last presidential elections and both failed!!! Even the military intervention which was option C also failed!!!
You guys should know by now that you have a 100% failure rate, why not use it to devastating effect?
Commonsense isn’t common afterall grin

Wike seems to have a good legal adviser.....although he talks like a thug he mostly plays fair on the side of the law.....his opponents rely on ethics, morals and emotions....Wike first look at what he can get away with under the law and then he pushes the envelope
