2. House of Assembly make it difficult for him to do that meaning service will stop, salaries not get paid and government shutdown
3. No doubt Fubara has committed impeachable offences e,g destroying the House of Assembly complex and operating an unconstitutional budget
4. However any attempt to impeach him would likely lead to violence

As president You need to be decisive and Tinubu has acted decisively
