Car is not even a good asset, it loses value over time. I once sold a car that was purchased for over 3 million naira for 1.3 million naira.

Car is advisable for married couples with children but not essential for single people. In times like these, car provides liability, I spend a lot on fuel and maintenance.

Good advice, except for the part about requiring assets. Not everyone can afford or maintain luxury assets, fingers are not equal.
