Bros seem you don't know Ibadan. That city is cosmopolitan, University of Ibadan and other schools, IITA etc over the years has made that city an influx of all tribes, Infact if not for skin colour you will see Lebanese and think he is Yoruba. Igbo, calabar etc you can't tell they are not native to that city.
In other words that center even though located in Ibadan it is possible no be just ewedu and amala (your words) affected.

Accept any document presented by a Yoruba man without proper scrutiny at your peril. Forging and falsifying documents is their stock in trade, and they have Oluwale to prove it.
