Normally as tinubu dey use them mob ground they thought all regions are timid and fearful like them. They fail to ask themselves why Godfatherism hardly work in other regions. My own is that Tinubu should stop feigning ignorance about El-Rufai not being cleared for ministerial appointment by National Assembly and NSA. The same NSA that didn't clear El-Rufai for allegedly posing a security risk to the country, cleared the former Zamfara State governor, Bello Matawalle, who is an alleged bandits sponsor. Tinubu is pained that El-Rufai (who he hoped on) didn't win Kaduna for him, but Wike and Akpabio (who he least expected) won their States for him. And that made the difference. 9 Likes 1 Share |

The truth is that Elrufai doesn't even need to do much. As long as he stays aggrieved, APC campaign in the North will lack momentum. Which of these Northern pretenders around the President can rally voters for the APC in 2027? Northerners are not really swerved by money. They need to believe in your cause and they need to respect you in order to queue behind you. Love him or hate him, Northerners currently respect Elrufai and Tinubu's rejection of him after making a promise has elevated Elrufai in today's North and diminished the President in some ways.
