I assume you did a video recording of the parcel while unboxing it, because that serves as a good evidence for the dispute, in case AliExpress requests for it.

That said, next time you're ordering expensive phone directly from AliExpress, tell seller you don't want the item declared as mobile phone, but something else. This is for security purposes.

No official documents was given from Post office the receptionist was the person that helped me in making a video when I was opening the parcel, he reported the situation to his boss so she can write to the airport office, from the seller point of view the parcel was tampered with, the seller is an official store on AliExpress, I'm just frustrated and confused I'm tired mentally ATM. And this was my first time with postnl thought it was gonna be speedaf.
