I made payment for their service on Wednesday but it showed an error occurred while processing your payment.
I retried it this evening and it's saying the same thing again.

Anyone know how I can request for refund and how to make payment without the same issue.

yes i was told to create the new profile in order to send them a ticket. they never sent a mail to migrate

The program I applied to there don't conduct interviews. Learnt their decision will come out mid-March, fingers crossed.

Global Affairs - Sustainable development track. I learnt the other tracks conduct interviews tho.

Yeah,i believe you suppose to get up to 3.0. I tried using the free Wes CGPA calculator to know my grade on the 4.0 scale and after putting all my courses and their respective grades,I got a 3.34/4.0.Hopefully,it will be around that if I pay for the main evaluation.I had 3.83/5.0

Yes I believe you can get up to 3.0 or more just use the WES IGPA calculator. The figure I got from IGPA calculator was exactly the same after my evaluation.

be ready to pay the $650 deposit fee before the I-20 can be issued, in addition to your fat bank . Let me advise everyone before you waste your time and resources applying to any school, check if the school is R1 or R2. That should be your target unless you secure funding in any other schools not listed as R1 or R2. E get why.
