Although I am not a muslim but I think the explanation above in respect of Sharia arbitration makes sense. If the two parties or all the parties who are having disagreements are muslims and they want the issue resolved in Islamic way it makes sense to take the case to sharia arbitration .

Of course, if one of the parties is a non-muslim who is not interested in islamic or sharia law the matter cannot be taken to sharia obviously.
