There are some families who teach their children how to cook from a young age, my nephew and niece who are 15 years old already can cook because my sisters taught them as soon as they became teenagers.

My mother also taught my siblings how to cook from when they were still young, but as time went by, her workload increased and she started having less time to do the things she used to do before... Me being the youngest, I got left out.

I'm just lucky to be having understanding parents...😂😂😂

Unless if you turn all the chores on me during the weekend when the maid is off duty... But chances are my mother would be around to do her wifely duties on weekends.

If you like shower her with gifts and everything. If she doesn't know how much you are earning there will never be a peace at home. Even though you let her know the exact amount but you won't hand over your monthly salary to her every month, there will still be no peace in the house.

So having her control your finances is the peace maker.
