I worked in PEPFAR Nigeria Circa 2008/9 and I the fraud being perpetrated by the pharmacists like Adeyanka, Adedeji and co of LUTH. This was in millions as far back as then.
Many documented HIV patients not on record but these pharmacists were taking the drugs off the stores and selling to rich people that were ashamed to come and queue to get the medications like others.
ONLY GOD CAN SAVE NIGERIA O

PEPFAR, put in place by President George W. Bush, has saved over 25 million lives in Africa. 2.5. M.I.L.L.I.O.N - 25,000,000. Of our people. I personally know a few people who have benefited from it. This is a sad day.

Why should America be paying subsidies for another country?
Your government steal all your money but you blame trump for protecting his country.
We are not entitled to receive anything from America inasmuch we don't pay taxes to American government.
