I think one of those reasons is that U.S.A. is not benefiting from W.H.O. and they make huge contributions. The United States health care system and management is one of the best in the world. During COVID-19 menace, WHO focused on other countries in Europe Asia,etc and ignored U.S.A.
U.S.A will be fine without WHO.
As for me, I feel there's no need of putting money in where you will reap nothing.

An organization that has helped third world countries like Nigeria combat diseases by offering low or free treatment for HIV, tuberculosis and malaria.
