Who was he speaking to? — his disciples.

The holy spirit works with knowledge, he is a helper, a comforter; think of the meaning of helper or comforter, a helper would come to assist you in what you are doing, there's something available already, a comforter will come to comfort you or remind you with words, words you have learned already, that is available.

First you testify against the record of Matthew that Jesus lied when he said his Father revealed it whereas according to you, it was Jesus who did so.

Secondly as I wrote earlier you agree with John, that it is the spirit of the antichrist speaking when you assume that the Jesus didn't come in the flesh. For you say it was Jesus who revealed it to Peter and you acknowledge that flesh and blood did not. Is Jesus a Spirit that revealed it to Peter?

It is inconsistent with his character replete in scriptures.
His character has always been not to worship any other besides him, no other, no one else.

God had never permitted anyone to worship anything else but himself, so this would be the first time in scripture as per your inference.

Scriptures clearly says he will never yield his glory. Yet he's permitting his creation to worship Jesus.
