This man is making consultations early. This is campaign in advance of the elections.

Now, many people forget that the official election results released by INEC has Obi, Atiku and Tinubu having 1/3 of Nigeria. Therefore, they all have equal chances of consolidating their base or expanding. None of them, including Tinubu can afford to rest.
