This is very simple. The pastor should have transferred a sum of #90,000 to the lady in question after acknowledged the transfer of #100,000 mistakenly as simple as that.

if you mistakenly transfer over the amount you supposed to they receiver has no excuse than to transfer back the money.

In this dispensation most you pay tithe? Not compulsory.

She will have to prove that her was breached which is still none of the church's business.

One thing you fail to realise is that the moment that 100k entered the church , the church became the owner of the money & had the right to spend the money immediately. So they can tell you the money has been spent.
