What's your Advice and opinion about this.
This is actually true life scenario and I'm posting for someone anonymously.

A guy and a lady planned to travel to the UK on a student visa together they contributed and paid the deposit. The plan and agreement was that the guy will study then the lady will work to help with the tuition fee payment of £18k 50-50. then after school everyone will go their way.

Before they traveled, the lady was subtly catching feelings for the guy but the guy was having none of it because it's just contract for him.

When they got to the UK last year, they both moved to different cities , the guy started school and she got a job and started working.

When it was time to pay the balance of the tuition, the lady refused to contribute to the payment. Claiming she doesn't have money and if she must pay it, she will have to move in with him and start acting like his wife.

The guy refused and reminded her about the agreement. She insisted on her own ideas. When she saw that the guy was not bulging she blocked him on all social media so he was not able to reach her for sometime.

When the pressure from school became too much , the guy started hustling day and night breaking his back and still covering his lectures and assignments.

The guy was tempted to remove her from his visa because he's the main visa holder and she's the dependant but he didn't , hoping that she will still fulfill her own part of the agreement.

She remained incommunicado untill the guy managed to pay off all the tuition, ed all his courses and finished school.

Few months after he finished school , she reached out and was acting all friendly. Apparently the company she was hoping to get a sponsorship from disappointed her so she was trying to buy her way into jumping on the 2 years post graduate visa the guy was about to apply for.

, out of the £18k tuition , she only contributed £2k for the deposit and refused all further payments. Now she wants to give the guy £2k to take him on his post graduate visa.

The guy refused and removed her from his visa because of her wickedness and untrustworthiness.
Her visa expired and as she was not able to see a sponsor,she was asked to leave the country .now she's in Nigeria swearing for the guy. Threatening to report him to her village juju etc.

Do you think he did the right thing??

It tickles me when a SHITTY person gets their comeuppance.

She VIOLATED their agreement, blindsided and BLOCKED the guy whose Visa she DEPENDED on.

If the guy had NOT been a resourceful person, she'd have DESTROYED his life and jeopardised his future.

He would have been the one looking for Village Juju.

Tell the guy to block the UNGRATEFUL bitch and ANYBODY who advocates for her.

If this is true that village juju will destroy her and not the guy. She will die a wretch and a witch.

The guy owe the lady nothing, instead it's the other way round.

So she has no legal ground spiritually and physically to do anything against the guy. Back to sender will easily put her where she belongs if she do anything ...

There's nothing to back it up. The whole process was legit. It was just a verbal agreement.

She a very horrible human being, do you know good thing about curses and swearing and taking people to juju, if you have wronged them in anyway before, all your effort will be fruitless because u ain't innocent either.

The agreement didn't include that they stay together, and that was why they parted way when they got to UK.

She's a horrible person and any curse she lays on the guy will be reversed back to her in full force, self entitled biitch she is

The deal was not illegal and in fact, she was patiently waiting on the guy to finish school so she tag with him in the new visa he's applying for, what a leech, and she failed totally in keeping other own end of the bargain, thank God he did not allow her stay with him, if he had, the story would change to after fvcking me for years and we stayed as couple, he renewed a visa and excluded me and I got deported, he will demonize the guy ehh

They married legally in Nigeria and she travelled as his spouse. Every process was legit. The agreement they had is just verbal.

You don't get the point, she's the one that was put in the front with the visa preparation and everything and the guy tagged along with the agreement of paying 50/50 but the guy literally paid for everything, her contribution was less than 5% on the agreement that when they get to uk he will be schooling and she will be working and paying back her own 50% gradually so that he uses it to fund his studies, which she refused and blocked the guy on the condition that they live together. She's already plotting to blackmailing the guy not to pay her own end of the deal should they have lived together. But the guy outsmarted her 100%

When that guy arrives Nigeria, he will understand the mistake he made by marrying her legally.

Right now she is his wide , and she can do and undo him when he comes to Nigeria.

How does he want to marry again in court when this one has not been dissolved.

This type of agreement should always be in writing although Nigerians hardly ever even abide by written agreements but it's still better than just a verbal agreement

Make una dey slget sense small , why not remove your prejudices and look at story from what it is and not what is in your head?

You think such deal is usually signed? You are a novice, they went to UK as common law partner. If you can't do something don't take part, the guy would necessarily be the one to sponsor everything and then she just pays her flight ticket. Can she use flight ticket of 700 pounds to travel to UK if she has to do it all by herself? A lot of people are so greedy, you see someone who has made things easier for you but you want to be smart .
