PLEASE can someone suggest an organic or natural substance that I can apply to my paw paw plants to prevent it from dieing.

I noticed some white insects invading my paw paw plants immediately one of them started bearing fruits. I have tried white vinegar but no positive results two of the plants are still going bad and the white insects are increasing.

If you have seen this type of thing and solve it please help a brother.
