Company shows concern for employees by asking if they are stressed then "fires" all those who answered "yes"

A company email has leaked and is going viral following claims that the organisation known as YesMadam has fired a number of employees after a survey was conducted.

YesMadam, a salon home service start-up, reportedly conducted a survey, asking employees who are stressed to indicate.

Those who indicated they were stressed were then sent an email telling them the company was parting ways with them.

As the email went viral, the company issued a clarification, saying they only gave the employees a break to rest.

"We sincerely apologize for any distress caused by recent social media posts suggesting we dismissed employees for being stressed.

"Let us be clear: We would never take such an inhuman step. Our team is like family, and their dedication, hard work, and ion are the foundation of all our successes.

"The social media posts were a planned effort to highlight the serious issue of workplace stress. And to those who shared angry comments or voiced strong opinions, we say Thank you," said the company in a statement it issued on Tuesday.

The statement continues: "Were YesMadam employees really fired for being stressed?

Absolutely not. Notifications. They weren't fired, they were given a break to reset. They weren't let go; they were encouraged to release their stress. They weren't laid off; they were offered a
chance to relax. They weren't sacked; they were urged to rest and recharge."

The email is going viral on LinkedIn as people discuss the work culture in India.

Many questioned why the company would use the words "parted ways" in their email if they were just giving the employees a break.

The company is hiding under healthy work environment and balanced work-life ...

Unfortunately, they are not ready to adjust the work environment to relive those things that causes stress..

We also can't blame them, because the cause of stress may not be within the work environment and maybe due to other social life styles of those workers...the company may not have power to change this.

Until you works with any india company that is when you will know that you are a trash in their eyes. My brother, indians no value you or send you at all, all they see is those their brothers there, even if you works for them with your life and everything you get, them no even see your face at all, i have worked with so many of them bfor i finally swear not to work with any company again. Some will tell you that the survey is anonymous but it's a fat lie. They use it to spy on their employees. Especially, European companies.

They ask you to speak up (we are all family here) but when you do, they use it against you and you'll find yourself sacked in a few months time.

Never ever trust them.

If the government don't do anything about the right of employees, time will come when this present slavery will be worse than the slavery of the past. Wickedness of the highest order. That company should be locked up forever so as t serve as a lesson to other similar organizations.
