Yes! it’s been happening like that so it’s normal. All I can say is that you should ignore the “eligibility not started” info. At this point I think they are so busy that they don’t update the tracker realtime. I saw a post online about someone whose application was 10 months without any reasonable update on tracker. He sent webform and got his copr updated on tracker same day!

I check my tracker 28th of October and all 4 stages was completed with eligibility and background verification. I got pre arrival on the 29th oct but up till now no mag from ircc again. It's normal. From previous trends people received ppr two weeks to two months after pre arrival mail so you are still on track no panic

You should receive PPR soon. Does your tracker show COPR details? Or does it show Final Decision on GC key?

Yes I did receive COPR on my tracker for 3 weeks now but I got my PPR today.

What are the necessary documents I need to add after filling out the height, eye colour and dob section. Please I sincerely need anyone to put me through. If you want to send it to Kenya, you will pay 58k for transmission fee and 180k for DHL fee. Let me know if what to send it so I can send you the details...

Really that's strange no medical since February. Well you can't really predict them.

I don't really know about that....but the letter they sent for spousal approval is showing sydney case processing center. Is that the VO?
