This is not completely true. .
CBN do take CBT test,then interview before APL.
Though the CBT and Interview can be done same day

National Assembly Library Trust Fund has shared APL massively, Speaker shared to 33 people

If that slot is important/useful to you and you see legit connect and you can afford it please and please grab it.

FIRS do test( this I am absolutely sure). Unless things changed recently.

CBN...this one depends, but mostly no test, cause na only d people who own Nigeria, their kids, relatives etc And extremely few which God said it's their destiny get jobs 4 apex.

Remove your mind from all those councils, they are out of budget and some have been without salary for more than 6months. Just choose NHIA and have peace of mind.

These agencies regulate different aspects of healthcare in Nigeria.
