Fair enough, that is a different and valid view. I have not yet seen a company besides the banks that I will love to be a significant part of. I have a view of 18-24 months at best on most stocks I buy megawealth01: 1 Like |

I felt so embarrassed today I was on an ideation call with my team discussing an opportunity in remote work for Nigerians when they asked the Minimum wage in Nigeria. I told them 70,000 Naira. We converted to USD. One of them asked if that was PER HOUR and I said Per month. The entire team literally screamed in disbelief. They wondered how humans in the labour force could survive on so little 😿. Despite not being a political leader in Nigeria and actually not living in Nigeria, I felt embarrassed. I tried to defend the minimum wage issue but I probably didn’t do a good job because the team couldn’t stop showing their shock. 6 Likes 1 Share |

DM was for advice on which stocks to invest long term as I hardly have time to monitor when to sell. I have no business proposition or any bad intentions for messaging. I only wanna know which stocks I can buy and forget about for the next 2 years 6 Likes |

Agbalowomeri: If you take an average civil servant in Nigeria, would you say that he produces goods or services worth $50 a month? I think productivity is the issue. You can't be paid more than what you produce. 13 Likes |

Locotrader:I have made my call on chams long ago here .My BE for chams even with the averaging up is still 64 Kobo.i did posting sometimes here not too long on that call when someone challenged me here to show my calls .Like i said that chams will be another ucapital in my portfolio. I have 10yrs horizon. I accumulated more at 1.50 when it Kept dropping after reaching #3.50 this yr.I did my findings and liked thr products and services in the Tech world. On a serious not I don't want it yet to go up,lol.I wish it will stay till q1 2025..I have been buying afolabi units at #2 with any little cash left in my if I buy big stocks. Life would have been easier on this nse if I be one stock man like Agbalowomeri seriously. I even asked ositadima who said he bought some for jijo not to worry that it will do #2.50 soon for 20% and above 4 Likes |

Streetinvestor2: I waited for your reply long ago.Maybe you just came online.I need to hear from you because I know when you bought it.Then i was doing Jijo with it before it moved by 100,200,300,400% and above self and still remain a very undervalued stock. You answered well.If chams is not a good one to have in a portfolio I wouldn't have asked you about it. Do you know who is offloading chams for over one month now? This is my number one worries in the stock. I bided for the stock when it was trying to go on full bid and got up to a million units at 1.14.Within 2 minutes the stock returned to #2 and I bought the rest at #2.Now I am even bidding at #1.98 in case the seller changes his mind to extend lower than #2.If chams breaks below #2,the next is 1.81kobo.To me chams at #1.81 is vulnerable.Next week,we will have a clearer direction on which price to quene either lower or higher through the supplier. Do you know about the off loader and his motive? Technically,no one can handle this issue without insider info...... 2 Likes |

From experience, the day the seller of chams will finish selling, the stock will drop by 10% and rise to another 10% that same day.some people will make 20% on chams if monitored and followed well in a single trading.I think I will be among the beneficiaries the day it will happen. Chams is the only stock I will have 50% in all my stock trading s because it is a technology stock.Any bigger partnership or contract can send it to #10 or above. The future is bright for Fintech companies especially the ones with multiples services like chams Patience 3 Likes 1 Share |

Raider76: That's not true Would you say doctors and lecturers don't? That's why the sectors have become depleted and people have japad in droves. Meanwhile, the pay structure in the civil service indirectly also influences the pay in the private sector. Today if you bill organizations in naira the dollar equivalent of what we used to charge, it will look as if you are greedy Lol. 5 Likes |

Agbalowomeri: You are right. I meant $500 not $50. I am talking about core civil service. As you know there so many salary scales. Mdical and tertiary institutions have different scales. For me, what caused Japa was more about UNDER EMPLOYMENT, rather than pay. The economy just does not produce enough jobs for the number of people graduating every year. This led to the lack of meritocracy, and politicians favoring themselves in both jobs and pay. 1 Like |
