You will never see somebody who failed in America blame US government or Americans because 100% of the time they blame themselves for not succeeding in America

For example, in Nigeria, you will see a Computer Science department without a functional Computer Lab, they only rent Computer systems for accreditation, once NUC officials leave, the lab goes barren again. So many graduates of the same course don't even know what the inside of a computer looks like. Just theories, no practicals.
