But having EU, Japan, South Korea as allies are the advantage they have.

NK is in the same region with SK and Japan. So train them, equip them to be ready so when the need arises, they will keep South Korea and Japan busy and so they are unable to come and forces with the West at least not in full fledged manner cus they have to defend their homes against NK.

I think it's too early to conclude that NK is in Russia to be trained. What i have been reading is that Russia angaged them in the russian region of KURSK where Ukraine invaded and by so doing will not need to recall any of thier soldiers already in Ukraine and as such the main purpose of Urainian invasion of those russian territories would have been defeated. I strongly believe Putin is preparing them for a counter attack against the invading Ukrainian soldiers.
