People just dey comment rubbish, most of them never enter plane before.

10m can take you to Austria, Portugal, etc, I have a friend that traveled to Austria with less than 10m this year. Just go for your masters since you get bsc. If you need English speaking countries you have to raise the money to 20m and go for uk. Pay part of your tuition then hustle for others there.
To japa is good, but please check the working possibilities after studies. Some countries are notoriously hard for international students to obtain a standard work visa after their graduation.

you want an English speaking country but the fund no too dey, you can enter any good Schengen europe country as a transit then when you don settle you can Japa to that your dream country easily. I am currently on the same path with a family too, just do your research on those countries.
That is a visit visa which cannot be converted to a work visa while he is there. He has to return to Nigeria to commence the application. A visit visa without authorisation to work equals illegal migration. In Europe, that is a terrible condition to be in for someone who worked hard to generate 10 million naira while in Nigeria.

Trying

I made 1.5 M off these Maize. Today, a big poultry made me their grains sourcing agents because of this maize
You have a good business here. Just take up entrepreneurial courses to learn better ways of doing business and strive to structure it properly so you don't have to always be present. A good business as maize is either too hard to obtain or scarce for companies that need them. My issue with farming in Nigeria is the notorious and marauding Fulani herdsmen.

To Japa is good but avoid uk.... Jobs are in London and southern axis but you go dy pay almost £1200 monthly for rent alone for 1 bed room house...... This is like zone 6, which is outer area... Thats slough all the way to luton... For North jobs are not that much unless you wanna settle in Leeds, Sheffield, Manchester.... Sunderland, Newcastle I don't really know... But if you like aquatic related jobs you fit go coastal areas dy package prawns, cod fish and other sea food

The environment isn't encouraging. If you roam in your business place too much, kidnappers may pick you up. You can even trust those you employ right now. I'm one person that has never been in of people leaving the country, but right now, I'm left with no option than to encourage those that want to leave to do exactly that. Look, Nigeria has never happened to you. If it does you'll hate this country. There are no laws, no justice, no security, no basic amenities. We are just here surviving.
I very much agree with you, especially regarding the bold. There are legit ways to make good money, but the bold are disturbing to me. I no get physical strength to fight anybody. lipsrsealed

Where is highlife located?

And secondly, is bread business lucrative?
Geovanni412:

He ran into badluck in the business, which he wasn't prepared for, and is blaming hot bread

Highlife bread has been in business for over 70 years. They haven't closed shop yet.

Bakery business might not be for him but it doesn't mean the business is condemned.

Good question, instead of closing down the bakery, the owner should switch to the hot bread to stay afloat.

I need investors to make my dream come true because with the GMO craze going on now, Organic farming is actually a cash cow. I farm strictly organic crops from start to finish.

So zambia is better than Nigeria in of Economy and making money?
optimusprime2:

I can attest that relocating to Zambia for example is well within his budget.

To be honest 10M ( 5k+ USD ) would be enough to japa with his whole family to Zambia ...for instance, assuming they are a family of 4.

But he needs to do his own research on what his "Restart/Reset Plan" would be and that is something he needs to personally workout, as there are a lot of pathways as far as immigration is concerned.

Because that would be his basis for applying for the visas and getting the necessary permits.

10 million is a lot of money. Imagine all the plates of jollof you can get with that ? Like 10 thousand plates of jollof, imagine all the shawarma and good wine you can enjoy with that ? Many years of spending and enjoying that money. Imagine how many grocery you can get ? For many years and the money will still not finish ? Imagine all the fresh fish peppersoup and big staut you can enjoy with that ? Many years of enjoyment with that 10 million.

But on a japa adventure ? All that money is dust. It will be vacuumed out of you like it’s 10 kobo

Apparently niggas think they got this whole long number of years to live so they go on stupid ventures. People Dey kpai every second. Chop your life ooo. Don’t go chasing waterfalls . There is no salvation for the black man in a white man or an Arab man’s land. Only turmoil and stress and abuse

OP, listen to this joker at your own peril. Blokes like him keep regurgitating the same crap for past 30 years. Talking about farming when farmers cannot visit their farms due to kidnapping, unknown gunmen, boko haram and insurgency. Talking about setting up a business in a country where many mulltinationals have jumped ship. Are you wiser than Guinness, Glaxco and Shoprite that have been doing business in Nigeria for decades? Are you wiser than Richard Branson, a globally renowned business man, who bitterly complained about the cost of doing business in Nigeria? Do you think that it's easy setting up a business in a country where the middle-class (the engine of any economy) has been wiped out due to poor economic policies and inflation that has destroyed many businesses? OP, if you must venture into business, go to a country that is business friendly and your money will take you far like Senegal, Cote d'ivoire or Ghana. Business my a** like it's that simple.

Aside from the very worrisome kidnapping issue, there are equally other foreigners making good money in Nigeria. Yes, multinationals, especially Western ones have jumped ship. However, companies from Japan, Singapore, China and India are investing enmass. It is a two-way traffic. Setting up and building a successful business is not easy anywhere regardless of the government's policies. India's GDP has grown massively so far this year, yet it is not an easy place to run a successful business.

Senegal is a good country I can say, but my major headache is when they have unrest like Nigeria, there is no where to run to.
Live in the capital city and close to the airport. grin

Also, I am not okay with Nigerians going to compete in the informal business space as the natives. That is where one becomes easily noticeable. We should be big or medium-scale investors in these countries especially where there is no historical settlement of Nigerians there.

you obviously don’t know how businesses work here. You charge expenses to the business pay little or no taxes. Travel expenses, car expenses, part of your rent or mortgage, phone bills , charity donations etc. and who says you can’t do business in Nigeria and abroad. The last business i did in Nigeria currency devaluation scattered it. But we move grin
People forget that running a business in the abroad actually enables one to pay less taxes in the long run. grin
gforce5: 4:56pm On Nov 20, 2024
I get you. If you are intent on setting up a business, please research other African countries that are politically and economically stable. Hell, if you can raise more capital, you can travel to South American countries like Brazil or uruguay and set up a business there. Those countries are more economically stable than those in Africa and the cost of living is lower than the west. Always think outside the box.

You are right, skills is fine but only skills can't qualify him to get visa in the "A" list countries. Their are path ways and is very difficult for the skills workers. The only skills that would have helped him 10% not necessary higher is if he is a nurse, doctor, dentist, pharmacist, radiography, laboratory scientist etc. especially nurse but 90% of trust in the UK don't recruit from Nigeria again and he have to score 7.0 in IELTS and 98% in CBT. Many nurses I know in Nigeria, their IELTS results have expired in their hands. Japa this days is not child's play. but once he comes to the UK legally not visiting, job plenty, or else he is not ready to work.
Curious question: why?

this is a a sound knowledge but this only cures POF, them they deny person wey genuinely get 100m naira in even someone with UK visa resident denied USA 3 times, op is asking how to relocate like opportunity, your analysis is brilliant but for only Pof purpose
Yes you are right. But to an extent denial basically boils down to status, what do you have doing in your country that will make you return. This my explanation goes beyounbd POF because it shows you have thriving business hence I said personal and Business . Ie have a company or business name. Open an . Then run the so when you print your statement it shows "activity".
Most folks just go and get 10, even 100m and place into the saying they have proof of funds. The embassy looks at 2,3,4,5 months ago and sees 20, 50k in the , 100k turnover in a month.
Op wants to relocate, I assume he will apply with a visiting visa. Someone that has 6 months turnover of eg 600m in his business , then has physical cash of eg 40m or over $25k or roughly £18k can has shown evidence he can afford to go on holiday and return to his thriving business. He applies as self sponsored for him and his family because clearly he can afford it. The foundation is set.
Of course other things are involved. Someone that has uk residency can of course be denied no doubt, are most of the UK residency people not less than average? Most are even poor in the eyes of the embassy. UK resident that may not be able to show proof of long term stability.
Anyway, I concur with all you said.

Someone has just asked an important question. Why all these ranting. Simply advice him and if you don't know what to say, then save your keypad from stress. Must you come online to your insanity? Nigerians can be so funny at all times
He has gotten enough advice. In summary is 10 million naira is grossly inadequate for a family man to relocate in today's world. Except on work visa which is hinged on cognate work experience.
