Didn't learn from any channel. I just got upset and put in money I wanted to lose and I lost it. From there, I just figured my ways around and developed a strategy for myself.

Please, you guys have to stop this. Just go to where you spend most of your time on Nairaland. Chances are, you are one of the trolls on your home thread, but go elsewhere to cash out.

When something seem too tough, I just do it to fail first, not to win. People are always desperate for instant victory, but not me. I back in uni days, at age 17-18, I memorized lots of pickup lines from a book I bought for $47 bucks from a dating guru I respect.

Each time I try to walk to these pretty white girls to practice my new skill, my mind goes blank and all the pickup lines disappear.

I got upset and went to talk to them without anything in my head. Coconut head. You only die once. I messed it up and they laughed as my heartbeat races, but I suppressed it.

I asked them where they are from and one was from Finland, one Malaysia/Singapore and the other a German, with her German English accent. "Alright, nice meeting you girls" and I left. It took just 30-60 seconds max.

In summary, trying to be perfect before you start something causes paralysis. Also, those that fail while learning always have the best stories to tell and they mostly write the best books or give the best speeches — they don't even need to write their speeches down.

This is why I just do it even with limited knowledge. I love to fail before I win to make the story that'll come out of it interesting and funny to share.
