IMO, intending students should declare any previous visa refusals during the ission application or CAS issuance stage. I know of two individuals whose UK student visa applications were rejected on grounds unrelated to previous visa denials. Despite this, their universities withheld their deposits, citing non-disclosure of prior visa refusals.

For context, these students were denied UK student visas because they failed to convince the Entry Clearance Officer (ECO) of their genuine intent to study during their virtual interviews. Their refusal letters clearly outlined this reason, yet the universities continued to justify keeping their deposits based on the non-disclosure of previous visa refusals.

So if you decide to hold-out on that info from the universities , just know that If your visa application is denied for any reason (even unrelated to past refusals) these universities could potentially use non-disclosure as a pretext to retain your deposit.

P.S- These past visa refusals weren’t even for the UK but for other countries. With just a port number, universities can run an immigration check and viola! Ur money e haf go!!!!!

There are schools that would still issue you ission offers/ CAS even if you declare past visa refusals.

I don’t know who needs to hear this:NEVER DECLARE FO THE SCHOOL THAT YOU HAVE BEEN DENIED VISA IN THE PAST. Trust me, you would do more harm than good. It’s only the UKVI Home Office you owe this information, not your school.

Why do you need agent for anything to do with ission or visa application? ission application is FREE and there are truckloads of information to help you every step of the process.

Apply for Masters by research in uk university and be sure to confirm from the sch if it's a research or taught program. You can't go with dependant with the taught program.

The fee is 8500 pounds total. But you get 1500 international students scholarship so you're paying 7k. The deposit is 4000 pounds b4 CAS.. Note doesn't apply for all course. What's ur field of study?

I will strongly recommend that you look for another university that will accept HND , you will definitely find one, and I will also encourage you to look for school outside London unless you are loaded financially, London is very expensive city.
Again I repeat this.. there is nothing like registration fees and insurance when it comes to the UK ission. The IHS fee you will pay during your visa application is your insurance and it covers you throughout your stay in the UK.

Do not allow any agent to defraud you.

Is it okay for CV submitted for ission to be edit for visa application by omitting areas of work experience where he couldn't get a reference letters. An agent said his CV must be part of the ed document. Although is also ing his study gab explanation letter...

For a CV to be relevant in a student visa application, it should be submitted alongside the evidence of the applicant's employment history for ease of cross referencing by the case worker.

A detailed study gap letter alongside the corresponding documents to validate the claims in the letter should be fine as documentation for the study gap.

So, i am not quite sure why a study gap letter was required as part of the documentation for a university ission application. Typically, a CV is required for a university ission application. However, if you have submitted a study gap letter to your institution as part of your ission process and wish to submit the same letter for your visa application, you may update the address to reflect the intended audience.
