Go close n tight to that ur ppl, then u wil undstnd dat d enjoyment is not from salary.. U must commit extra struggle channel within or outside ur office.

The two places are good but he should package his CV well with experience and know how to negotiate salary(very important) if he is entering as experienced hire.
